Gathered around posters, students and teachers alike marvel over the businesses created by the Economic students. Oct. 27 the Econ students set up shop, to present their own products to eventually sell to their peers and teachers. This event helped students learn about entrepreneurship, and how to control and budget money.
“The eco fair is important because it helps students become independent,” senior Jaylee Almanzar said. “And become wise with financial stability.”
Almanzar believes that this opportunity can help students later in life by teaching them these important lessons before they go into adulthood. These lessons will be used for the rest of their lives.
“The econ fair is helpful for students because it helps students realize the independence of budgeting their money,” senior Melody Moreno said
“It also helps become an introduction to those starting a business,” senior Jasmine McGruder said.
It’s the Economic fair can open many doors for students to realize a calling for entrepreneurship, and can help start their journey to create a business. The economic fair can also provide an environment where students can learn about their peers, and can help everyone realize the importance of budgeting and saving money.
