Affleck’s Flicks: Tucker and Dale VS Evil
October 25, 2022
Unfortunately, my review this week is smaller than my past ones, but it’s a great movie. This week’s movie is Tucker and Dale VS Evil and it’s a really funny and entertaining movie. I’m honestly not super sure what else to say without spoiling it because trust me, the less you know about this movie, the better. I really wish I hadn’t watched a bunch of videos about this movie before I watched it so please just watch the movie. It’s only an hour and a half and it’s on a semi-sketchy free streaming service with ads called Tubi. If you have two hours to watch it, please do. I should also give a small synopsis of the movie, but again, minimal details.
Two country folk friends, Tucker and Dale, move out into a “vacation home” in the middle of the forest, and when there is a huge misunderstanding between them and a group of college kids, things get very out of hand.
And that is literally all I can say about the movie, so for the last time go watch it!
Alright, now for the second segment of this review, recommending other movies entirely. This review is my second to last one for my Horror movie reviews as October is ending soon. I already know what movie I’m doing next week so here I would like to recommend several other horror movies that I might review in the future. All of the reviews will also be in ten words or less so here goes.
Scream – I don’t know how Ghostface kept standing for so long.
Nope – Great movie, but I think I have claustrophobia now.
Shaun of the Dead – Probably the best British zombie movie I’ve ever seen.
Zombieland – Probably my favorite cast for a horror movie – hilarious.
Jaws – I mean it’s Jaws, it’s like one of the best.
Alien – In space, no one can hear you scream. Coolest tagline.
